Temptation Temptation......

Once upon a time...
my free time was put to good use.

I would dust, tidy and clean
Now I have a major distraction in my life!!!!

Would I rather dust...or sew this dress for our Bitty Miss???

How about a dress for the new "bitty" sister??

You can't have a new dress...and not have a new hat!!!

Without a doubt Laurel's First quilt
is MUCH more important than cleaning house????

And SEW it continues....

I am sure you know Pinterest wins every time!!!!

We would be truly soul mates..I would do the same thing..The dresses are adorable.. thank you for the link to the quilt. I may just have to make one like it..

Remember the poem.
The cleaning and scrubbing will wait till tomorrow,
for children grow up, as I’ve learned to my sorrow.
So quiet down, cobwebs. Dust go to sleep.
I’m rocking my baby and babies don’t keep.

I think we could add a verse about sewing, quilting and knitting for grandkids.

I'd rather knit or stitch or crochet than do housework...I think you have an even better excuse!! Looks so cute!

Oh how I love all of these beautifully made creations. You are one talented woman. You need an Etsy shop so I can buy them all!

You time was much better spent on your granddaughters; they will never remember if your windows were sparkling clean, but they will remember the dress their Oma made for them.
