A Fairytale....

Once upon a time,  a fair Princess was an attendant at her dear friend's wedding.

Then once again at her sweet cousin Brianne's ceremony.

The years had passed and the Princess was now expecting a bitty Princess of her own.

There was little room in the closet for the lovely gowns
....for the "Princess to be" will need much room for dresses to come.

The "Fairy Oma" thought that perhaps these gowns
could magically change into something even more special.

So she snipped and trimmed, and sewed and pressed.

Soon there were "Mini" Princess gowns....

....with jewelled accents to please the most discriminating of Princesses.

And then she made another.
  This was SEW much fun.

The Birthday Princess was delighted with her gowns and showed much joy,
which made the "Fairy Oma" very happy too.

As with all good fairytales...there is a moral to the story.

When undertaking such an industrious task...be sure to hire mice and birdies!!!!

The End.

Don't you just love "Happy Endings"?

Wow, Such a beautiful dress. I love a great up-cycled project. I just cut up an old brides maid dress to make fabric flower berets as valentines day gifts for my daughters and nieces.
