Feeling Rested....

After the "busyness" of Jonathan and Jill's move....and the exciting arrival of Miss Emmerson,
it seemed time to find a place to renew and refresh.

A trip to the Central Coast seemed perfect.

We had beautiful sunsets...

...a very restful place to stay.

I visited a fun quilt shop....

... and then another !!!!

There were stops at vineyards....

Beautiful gardens to visit.

Lovely places for afternoon picnics...

...and now I am home enjoying precious time with bitty ones.

It is always fun to take a vacation....it is always GREAT to be home again.

Oh looks like you had one of the new updated rooms! So pretty. I love the Apple Farm. Now I'm sorry I didn't go to the two quilt shops. Glad you had fun!

This might be the first time I've seen E with her eyes open! What a doll she is... I know you enjoyed your rest, but it felt good to get those babies into your arms again. xoxo

Emmerson looks SO cute in that dress! I LOVE it and can't wait for her to wear it again soon. Glad to have you home and thankful that you guys had a wonderful time. PS your Apple Farm bed had our same duvet cover. You know, the one that's currently covered in spit up and being washed. :) Guess that's not quite as luxurious as the one you slept under. Ha!

What a nice trip you have made. THE area is so beautiful. And of course coming home and cuddle little Emme is THE best, wat a cute little doll she is in her dress.

Thank you for your email message about Cotton Boll, Annelies. And this post is giving me such a longing to travel to the beautiful Central Coast!
