While I was waiting for the remodel to be finished....
I bought this print.
We hung it over the couch where I sit each day with my morning coffee,
and in the afternoon with my needlework.
I bought it so that I would remember when Summer was just a sweet memory....
I would be reminded of all of this.
It has been the happiest summer ever.
I will never forget the JOY!!

Kids, sand and water....the perfect combination for happiness! What a lovely painting, it reminds me of the old Dutch school of painters.
What sweet pictures! Especially love the one of dad and son sharing their lunch staring out to sea.
My happy place! It was a very sweet summer. I'm so sad to see it go. Counting down the days until we can do it all over again!
