Day by Day....

Each day we hear better and better news.
I can't wait til I can post that Laurel is on her way home!!!

But til then...
we visit Laurel and enjoy the sweetness of this adorable bitty girl.

Oma Oma even brought a darling dress she had made....
just in case
GreatGrandBaby number eight was a girl!!!

Daddy is very comfortable feeding his little miss...

How tiny she looks in his hands.

Mommy is in love....
we all are!!!

Big sister Clare is a bit exhausted from all the commotion....
but tells us she loves her baby sister Laurel too!!!

This Oma can't wait to cuddle her little darling....
and how cute she looked in her knitted cap.

We also got to visit with Donovan....
who is in FULL summer mode.

He reminded us all that today is special for many reasons.
We keep the soldiers and their sacrafices close to our hearts.

Happy Memorial Day...
and thanks for the sweet notes and prayers.

They are all appreciated.

How very precious. God IS Good. I will join you in prayer for her to go home to her family soon! Think of all the prayers and love that great grandma has had for three generations of children.

So happy things are better with Laurel everyday. She is beautiful and looks like her hair is darker than Clares.
I probably told you before, but Jill has the sweetest smile and your son's tenderness holding little Laurel just touched my heart.
Clare needs to rest up. She will be very busy being big sister when Laurel comes home.
So...you get to go to quilt camp after all. Wish I could be there with you.
Prayers continue going up for baby Laurel and her loving family.
