It Doesn't Get Much Better....

The past week was pure Heaven. 

 We went on a wonderful visit to the Central Coast.  

I met some new friends....take a look at the view from our room. 

I would certainly like to wake up each morning to the sound of the ocean. 

...and we also brought along our dear friends and neighbors!!!

While our husbands worked hard on their photography, 

we girls worked hard on our handwork.

Not sure HOW hard we worked, 

when you consider we hooked and sipped wine too. 

I am sure that we did LOTS of shopping.

All favorite destinations like this beautiful garden shop.

As the bench says....the earth does laugh in flowers.  

I added to my yarn stash and came home with the pattern for this lovely scarf.

Jim and I enjoyed cozy nights, loving the fireplace,  

and relaxed to the sound of the wind thru the trees outside our room. 

The sunsets were perfect!!!!

A final stop at a favorite quilt shop. 

I am unpacking my stash

....lots of craft treasures and some other memorable purchases.

A perfect vacation.  I am ready to go back again!!!
